Burnout Filter Drier DAS Description: Eliminator burnout filter driers are used in the suction line to keep refrigeration and air conditioning systems clean after a compressor motor burnout. The solid core, consisting of 70% activated alumina and 30% molecular sieves, adsorbs both harmful acids and moisture. In this way, DAS burnout filter driers protect the new compressor from premature failure.
