How Does Shipping Work at Kälte4You?

After you place your order at www.kaelte4you.de, we will ship your goods as quickly as possible. We work with the logistics partner GLS for shipping your order. In exceptional cases, shipping via DHL, UPS, or another shipping service provider may also be possible. As a standard rule, we do not ship to DHL parcel lockers. Freight forwarding orders are handled by Dachser, and in rare cases also by DSV. As a general rule, all goods are shipped insured.

When Will My Order Arrive?

As soon as a parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can use the tracking number included in that email to track the status of your shipment at any time.

We usually ship your order within one working day, Monday to Friday. Please note that an order can only be delivered on the next working day, Monday to Friday, if we receive your parcel shipment order by 12:00 noon and your freight forwarding order by 10:30 a.m. For orders placed before or on public holidays, the delivery time will be extended.

If you would like express delivery, you can select this during the ordering process. With express shipping, we guarantee delivery of your parcel by the next working day, Monday to Friday. The same order deadlines apply as for standard shipping: parcel orders by 12:00 noon, freight forwarding orders by 10:30 a.m.

In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed further, as we do not always have less common products and special versions in stock at our central warehouse. When selecting your desired product, the current estimated delivery times in working days will therefore be displayed.

What Happens if My Items Have Different Delivery Times?

We always ship your items as quickly as possible. If you have selected items with different delivery times, we will ship them in multiple partial deliveries. This ensures that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Where Can I View the Shipping Status of My Order?

You can check the shipping status of your order using the tracking number that we send you by email after your parcel has been shipped. As a registered customer, you also have the option to check the status of your shipment in your personal login area under “Orders”. Log in now.

Can I Have My Order Sent to a Different Delivery Address?

If your delivery address differs from your billing address, you can specify this when entering your customer details during checkout. Your order will then be delivered to the address you requested rather than to the billing address. The invoice will be sent to your billing address.

Can I Collect My Order Myself On Site?

Collection by the customer is possible by prior appointment at our premises at Benzstraße 1, 70839 Gerlingen, Germany. If you collect the goods from us, shipping costs do not apply. No handling fee will be charged either.

What Fees Do I Have to Pay for Cash on Delivery?

Please note that payment by cash on delivery is only possible for parcel shipping, not for freight forwarding. Payment by cash on delivery is also not possible if you select express shipping as your shipping method. The cash-on-delivery fee is €8.32 net, or €9.90 including 19% VAT.
