Accepted payment methods

We can offer you the following payment methods:

Prepayment

With this payment method, you transfer the corresponding amount to our bank account after placing your order. Please note that the amount will be debited from your account immediately, but will only be credited to our account within 1-3 business days. Your order will be shipped within the specified delivery time after receipt of payment. If you wish for immediate dispatch of the goods, you can send us a transfer confirmation. Your goods will then be dispatched immediately. All further information, including our bank details, will be sent to you after you place your order.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to send and receive money online. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website. There you can log in to your PayPal account to initiate the payment process. PayPal payments arrive within seconds, so your order will be processed immediately and shipped within the specified delivery time.

PayPal Express

PayPal Express is a special PayPal service that enables convenient payment directly from the product page or shopping cart. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to the PayPal website. There you can log in to your PayPal account to initiate the payment process. PayPal payments arrive within seconds, so your order will be processed immediately and shipped within the specified delivery time.

SOFORT Überweisung via Klarna

SOFORT bank transfers are processed by our payment provider Klarna. However, you do not need a Klarna account to pay by SOFORT bank transfer. Simply use your own online banking details to log in to the online banking environment. The invoice amount will then be debited directly from your bank account. During the payment process, you will be redirected to the Klarna website. There you can simply enter the required information and complete the order.

After successful payment via Klarna, your order will be processed immediately by us and will be delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Credit Card via Mollie

Credit card payments are processed by our payment service provider Mollie. This supports all leading global credit card brands, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, and CartaSi. During the payment process, you will therefore be redirected to the Mollie website. To successfully complete the purchase, please enter the required credit card information there.

For security reasons, an additional security query (MasterCard Secure Code or Verified by VISA) may occur during the order process. Further information on this procedure can be obtained from your credit card institution. Upon completion of the order, an authorized reservation of the corresponding amount will initially be made. Your credit card account will be charged one day later.

After successful payment via Mollie, your order will be processed immediately by us and will be delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Klarna Invoice

Customers in Austria, Denmark, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom can place an order and pay for it later by invoice, if they qualify. A corresponding check is carried out automatically by Klarna. Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive information from Klarna on how and when to make the payment. Klarna Installment Purchase

Customers in Denmark, Germany, Finland, Norway, and Spain can, depending on the selected option, open a customer account with Klarna and receive monthly statements. With this option, you can split the cost of your order into monthly installments. To pay by Klarna installment purchase, you must open a customer account with Klarna. You will then receive a statement once a month as soon as the order has been confirmed.

Purchase on Account

Both new and existing customers have the option to pay by invoice. For registered regular customers, the processing is handled directly by us. You can conveniently transfer the invoice amount after receiving the goods.

We also want to offer new customers the option of purchasing on account. For security reasons, however, this is processed via the payment provider Klarna. Simply select Klarna Invoice as the payment method for this.

iDEAL

To pay with iDEAL, please select your house bank from the drop-down menu. You will then be redirected to your bank's online banking environment and prompted to log in. The total amount due and other transfer information will already be pre-filled – you only need to confirm the iDEAL payment.

After successful payment with iDEAL, your order will be processed immediately by us and will be delivered to you as quickly as possible.

Cash on Delivery

Payment by cash on delivery allows you to pay for the goods directly upon delivery. If you are not at the specified address at the time of delivery, the package will be deposited at a post office, a packing station, or with the logistics provider. In this case, you will be informed by written notification and can pick up and pay for the shipment within a certain period.

Please note that payment by cash on delivery is only possible for deliveries to a German delivery address. In addition, an additional payment fee of €10.00 net applies to this payment method.

Apple Pay

With Apple Pay, you can complete your purchase without having to add items to your cart or fill out a form. Save time by shopping conveniently from the product page. Please note that you need a compatible device to use Apple Pay. To set up Apple Pay on your device, simply open the Wallet app and tap "+" to get started.

Important Note: Which payment methods are available to you during the ordering process depends, among other things, on the total amount of your purchase. The risk assessment determines which payment methods can be offered. This process is automated by the respective payment provider. The check is carried out again with each order. It may happen that payment methods are available for one order that may not be selectable for another order.
