Would you like to set up a customer account with us? Click on "Account" at the top of the page. Then fill in all fields marked with * under "Create new customer account".

When you log into your Kälte4You customer account in the future, you will receive a one-time code via email during the login process.

In your customer account, you can view, change or add to your details at any time. Of course, we adhere to the valid data protection guidelines and do not pass on your data to third parties.

You can also create a customer account during your order. When you go to checkout, simply select the "Create new customer account" option and follow the instructions.

How do I change my address in my customer account?

To change your billing or shipping address, please log in to your customer account first. Under "Addresses" you can specify a new billing and shipping address.

How can I log in to Kälte4You?

To log in to your customer account at Kälte4You, click on "Account" at the top of the page. Then enter your email address and the one-time code you received by email. After successful login, you will be redirected directly to your customer account.

To log out of your Kälte4You customer account, click the "Logout" button in your customer account.
