LUMITY speed controller XV105D-50DNO is a fan speed controller for refrigeration systems, suitable for controlling connected 1-phase motors up to 500W of the evaporator or condenser within pre-defined limits. According to the change in input variables (temperature or pressure), the motor speed changes proportionally to a control band to be programmed by the user. This naturally increases the efficiency of the system. The mode of operation can be set for "evaporator" applications (indirect action) or "condenser" (direct action). A minimum speed can be specified to prevent overheating in the lower speed range. For example, if the setpoint is set to 30°C and the control differential to 10 Kelvin, with direct action the fan will operate at maximum speed above 40°C and switch off below 30°C.
