Super Seal HVACR Sealant (948Kit) for large refrigeration & air conditioning systems over 17.6 kW/h with at least 1 liter of oil in the system, incl. fill hose. CGS Super Seal is a sealant specifically for refrigeration & air conditioning systems, excluding automotive systems. For automotive systems, 940Kit is required. The sealant is designed for micro-leaks up to approx. 0.8mm. Compatible with any refrigerant and any oil, as SUPER SEAL does not chemically react with any of these components in the system. SUPER SEAL only reacts with atmospheric humidity or condensation when it exits the leak. Ester oil is used as a carrier. Less than 1% of the oil quantity of sealant is added, therefore there are no problems with mineral oil systems either. Application instructions: Simply change the dryer, evacuate, inject SUPER SEAL into the system with the enclosed hose, and let the system run for at least 30 minutes. Done. As the sealant is oil-based, injection behind the oil separator is recommended. SUPER SEAL HVACR (948Kit) sealant for medium refrigeration & air conditioning systems over 17.6 kW/h with at least 1 liter of oil in the system. The Super Seal ACR sealant is not suitable for automotive systems.
