SUPER SEAL 3PHASE (948Kit) Sealant for medium refrigeration & air conditioning systems from 5.3 - 17.6 kW including sensing hose with at least 887 ml of oil in the system. Compatible with any refrigerant and any oil, as SUPER SEAL does not undergo any chemical reaction with either of these components in the system. SUPER SEAL only reacts with humidity or condensation when it exits the leakage. Ester oil is used as a carrier. Less than 1% of the oil quantity is added as sealant, so there are no problems with mineral oil systems. CGS Super Seal is a sealant specifically for refrigeration & air conditioning systems, excluding automotive systems. For automotive, 940Kit is required. The sealant is designed for micro-leaks up to approx. 0.8mm. Compatible with any refrigerant and any oil, as SUPER SEAL does not undergo any chemical reaction with either of these components in the system. Less than 1% of the oil quantity is added as sealant, so there are no problems with mineral oil systems.

Application note:

Simply change the dryer, evacuate, inject SUPER SEAL into the system with the enclosed hose, and let the system run for at least 30 minutes. Done. As the sealant is oil-based, injection behind the oil separator is recommended.
