Sealant Super Seal ACR 30 ml for systems up to 1.8 kg refrigerant

The sealant Super Seal ACR was specially developed for use in refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The sealant is designed for micro-leaks up to approx. 0.8 mm. It is suitable for systems from 0.07 kW/h - 5.3 kW/h with an oil level of at least 295 ml. It is compatible with any refrigerant and any oil, as Super Seal does not chemically react with any of these components in the system. The sealant only reacts with humidity or condensation when it exits the leak. Ester oil is used as a carrier. Since less than 1% of the oil quantity is added to the sealant, there are no problems with mineral oil systems either.

Application note:

Simply change the dryer, vacuum, inject the Super Seal ACR sealant into the system with the enclosed hose and let the system run for at least 30 minutes. Done. Since the sealant is oil-based, we recommend injecting it behind the oil separator. Super Seal ACR sealant is not suitable for automotive systems.
