Dosage 10% of oil volume or 60 ml for a car / LCV 4.5 Leaks in refrigeration and air conditioning systems can very often occur in daily operation as a result of corrosion. This, in turn, forms due to internal acid formation or external environmental influences. This often results in tiny micro-leaks the size of a human hair (approx. 300µm), which are extremely difficult to locate and rectify. The Capillary Seal sealant from CGS Handschug was specially developed for this type of leak. The Capillary Seal Set comes with the practical UVNJ injector. The Capillary Seal sealant seals without hardening through film formation and can also be easily used for prevention. It is designed to be compatible with any existing oil or refrigerant. At the leaky point, a large pressure difference occurs at the transition into the atmosphere. Here, the sealant acts and, through special additives, forms a film that creates a strong bond with the metal or plastic. This effect can be compared to the capillary effect.
